I am still lost, but I don’t know why,
Having a hard time surviving, closing my eyes in the long nights,
its hard that you get hurt from the same thing twice,
I thought we could last forever,
but I guess forever wasn’t the thing that we call, “future”,
I thought you were the perfect, and I am the lover,
My besty tried to tell me, but I didn’t listen,
I depended on hopes and my secret ambition,
A feeling gave me the vision that I am looking for,
looking at my situation realised that I am in the wrong war,
Running naked without anything on me, not even a kevlar,
yes, I lost but I am still hoping for the better, and nothing will last forever.
