It has been a while

It has been a while and here I come again,
Everyone was saying where have you been? Why? And when?
Sorry for beeing late, but I thought it was the end,
It took so long till I figured it was dead,
I guess I shocked, I guess I was paralyzed,
I thought I had zero chances and no way to survive,
things came up, but I didn’t have them into account,
after all, it came today, the day where I have to decide,
fighting my way through life to stay alive,
or give up and get ready to shut my eyes,
forever.
