Money Transfer Request and the Schedule

On the Flamingo app, a language teacher ( we call them “supporter” ) can get remuneration for lessons and transfer it to your own PayPal account. In this article, we are going to explain rules of transfer.

2. Transfer Request Date and Payment Date

Please send the transfer request by the end of the month you want to do. The transfer will be executed on the end of the last business day of the next month. Here’s an example:

Ex. I want to get remuneration for March

Transfer Request Date: By the end of the March

Payment Date: The end of the last business day of April

The Schedule of the Day of the Transfer

1. When Will It Be Transferred?

We are using an external service “Web Pay” to validate credit card payment. Because of the specification, we can’t say the exact time.

2. In Case That Money Has Not Been Transferred on the Day

First of all, check your PayPal account. If your bank information was wrong, contact us: support[at]app-flamingo.com and then we are trying to request a bank to return money. Even though your bank information is correct and it has not been transferred on the day, contact us too.

Money Transfer Request

1. How to Use

Go to the “Flamingo Point” on the left side of the app. After that, go to the “Transfer Money to PayPal” and then put an amount of money.

2. Minimum Amount You Can Send the Transfer Request

If your total remuneration balance is less than 10,000 yen, you may not withdraw it from your balance. Please continue to earn more, and withdraw again when your total become more than 10,000 yen.

3. Fee of Request to a Bank to Return Money

When we request a bank to return money, we will take fee from you. The amount of the fee will be changed depending on cases. At first please contact us: support[at]app-flamingo.com

Expiration Date of Money Transfer Request

1. The Remuneration Will Be Expired in 6 Months

The remuneration you earned will be expired in 6 months. Please request the money transfer periodically.

2. The Remuneration Will Be Transferred from the Old Ones

The remuneration you earned will be transferred from the old ones.
