“The tiny seed knew that in order to grow, it needed to be dropped in dirt, covered in darkness, struggle to reach the light.”

-Sandra Kring

There truly is something magical in starting over. If you choose to see it that way, that is.

When you choose to hold on to what you lost or to your old life, it is impossible to see the beauty of what is unfolding in front of you.

Especially when you have been in a very dark place for a very long time.

It’s enchanting because it catches you at the most unexpected place in your life, during the most unexpected circumstances.

You find yourself in that moment, feeling happy and excited for no possible reason and you realise,

Damn, I feel great!

Those are the moments to cherish.

They can be fleeting or they can last a while but they must be cherished.

It’s important that you take note of the moment when you realise that you are in a different space in your life. That realisation is the starting point of your next move and the direction you plan on taking. That is the moment you make the choice to either embrace the change or fight it.
