Ask A Swole Woman: Am I Doing Enough?

One extra thing. I started weight work at 25. I did three days a week for 4 years. Then I moved, had kids, cycled and ran for 4 years. Moved, gym again for 3 years, moved, squash and running 4 years, moved running 2 years, then gym 6 years, then running two years. Now back to gym and cycling. The point is, it is not, a get better all the time thing. There is no end, no holy grail, it is a cycle and a routine. Be the best you want, but doing it for longer is just as important. It should add up to about 62 years. Jogging is always there, it is my bedrock.
