People block ads because there are toxic ads online that can actually convey malware.
But that ad blocking affects Amazon too.
One thing that most people do not realize is how much information Alphabet has on us. They have not aggressively marketed that information. When they do, they will be able to do something that Amazon does not: They’ll know who is going to buy and target messages to their phones and e-mail before that happens.
Watch that space. It’s going to happen.
