A year ago an intense storm brought a great deal of rain water to my home. The flood damage through the storm was horrible, and that i was required to call a professional to eliminate it and look after mold that begun to grow. I predict that heavy rain will return again this year, for ready for it. I’ve taken precautions to avoid flood damage from happening to my house again.
I’ve created my own, personal sand bags by completing sacks with sand. The sand bags will act as a first distinct defense in the excess rain by blocking it on the ground in order that it doesn’t have to be able to get into my home. When the sand bags fail, then I’m going to depend on my plan b. I’ve obtained a large wet vacuum to suck up the water whether it reaches within my property.
The previous I could receive the water away from home, the less probability of damage there’ll be. Time can be a major aspect in minimizing damage, which is where the wet vacuum also comes in to play by creating an advantage. Since water is sucked interior of your vacuum, mold doesn’t have a chance to grow
