This post really reminded to have my own back. Often times I can be so quick to try and help others out that I get overwhelmed. I know this about myself. I have cut a lot of extra out of my life recently, yet I am still not 100%. Honestly, I am lacking the self care. While the extra people and events are not in my life, I still pour all of myself into my responsibilities — putting myself to the way side. Not any more. I am going to start doing more of what I love each day. Which means if I get in a couple of handstands before bed more power to me! What are some things you guys love?
