It’s All Your Fault

I believe the question is “who is responsible?” Meaning “who has the ability to respond?” If you evade “responsibility” for the state of affairs of your company and the team you put together, then you are basically giving up on your “ability to respond.” Only those able to assume control can drive change and surmount the challenges and obstacles faced by entrepreneurs from all walks of life. I am responsible for my life, my business and all of my relationships. At some level, I chose every one of them… so, I am responsible.
