I think hybrid needs good skills in native development.
If you are using because of a leak of knowledge in native technology, the risk is to use a lot of plugins. And after months / years, it becomes really hard to maintain.
And, by using hybrid technology, the risk is to forgot usage of rich features provided by operating system. (Watch app, rich and interactive notifications, security with SSL pinning and others)
You also need to know operating system UX and UI. To avoid rejection due to misunderstanding.
But, if you have a good knowledge in operating system and a limited amount of plugins, it’s a good option.
