Hey Laurence, that is a very good list. Yet it all sounds so personal. Do this too and you’ll feel the same. A big consequence of what you are saying, and I personally feel and live, is the larger picture of working at what you care about. I/we seek to contribute to what we feel is needed. We see a world in crisis and want to be part of the solution. With that higher focus, most of the other points become self evident. If you want to make a difference, you don’t seek happiness, nor do you compete, etc. So perhaps there is only one point: focus on what matters for you, that helps the bigger whole.
