Running makes me feel good.

Running makes me feel confident.

Running makes me feel balanced.

Running makes me look good.

Running makes me glow !

Running helps me to overcome challenges. And depression. And so much more.

Running has the power to make me a better person.

Running is empowering.

When I run, I feel free.

When I run, I feel like I am sweating my problems out.

Where I run, I am home.

Running gives me hope.

Running gives me courage.

Running has introduced the most brilliant, passionate and lovely people on this planet (hey, you !).

Running is easy to do.

Running is free. Outside is free.

Running has changed me.

Running has changed my life. I wouldn’t be the same without it.

Running has the power to improve my mood from pessimism to optimism within 30 minutes.

Running gives me energy.

So.

Why did I “forget” to go running lately ?

Maybe because I thought going for a run wasn’t urgent.

Now, after months without proper daily running, I can tell you this : running, in my (little) life, is both urgent and important. I bet my life will be great again thanks to running. All I have to do is lace up my dusty running shoes, and go get my sh** together, and find the path towards my one and only life. Let’s go, let’s go.

I am meant to be a runner.
