An important part of the story that is getting overlooked: using a super-smart intern to build the solution. So many folks are afraid of what the young and *un-experienced* may bring. Not only has Peter gained valuable experience but Social Capital now has Peter in their pipeline of future hires.
Bravo Jonathan. The more folks ignore the value in internships and young/in-experienced/smart folks, the better for the rest of us.
