A week ago we launched FoPay service and even hack-tested it. So far it has been a good experience. We got a lot of positive and constructive feedback. Now we’d like to sum up few popular questions for you.
I can’t pass the KYC…:
First of all, check all your data, around 50% of cases dedicated to the inability of passing the KYC are caused by the incorrect inputting data. Use a document with a release date and expiration date. If all conditions are met — try sending the documents again, verification takes time — Just fill all lines in the form and you will be able to pass KYC. If you didn’t receive any email notification (about incorrect data provided, for example) this time, you should just wait until the process finished.
I didn’t get the verification email…:
Unfortunately, we observe that many users make mistakes in writing their e-mail addresses when registering.

Please be extremely careful when entering this information. This is especially relevant to those who didn’t receive a confirmation email. If everything is correct, then you will definitely receive a verification letter.

1) Follow this link: https://wallet.fopay.io/signup/
2) Fill in the form you’ll see there
3) Verify your email by the verification link you’ll receive
4) Sign in to your new wallet
5) Verify your identity at this page: https://wallet.fopay.io/kyc/form/
How to setup 2FA:
Before activating 2FA (Two Factor Authentication):
1. Install Google Authenticator from Google Play. We open the KYC application using Laptop/PC.
2. After installing from Google Play open the Scan barcode menu (scan barcode) in the app.
3. Click “enable 2FA on FOPAY”, then the barcode will appear. You should scan using HP.
4. Enter the 6-digit number that appears on the cellphone.
What will happen next to FoPay and Foin?
We have scheduled 7 milestones to complete in the coming month. It also includes Mobile wallet and merchant platform. One is coming in the meantime.
Should I sell my FOIN or hold it?
The development and investments in the FOIN ecosystem along with an innovative marketing strategy will inevitably increase the coin value on the partner exchanges, resulting in a wealth increase for all FOIN cryptocurrency owners.
