Haha, my wife would be on your side! If you really want to give it a go, I would recommend going to bed an hour or so earlier so you can wake up earlier or forgo that extra hour of sleep each night. Let me know if you end up trying it! Like I said, those first few mornings will suck, but once you get in the groove and start seeing the benefits it starts to become second nature.
