Hear hear! I can survive on 6.5 hours of sleep but 7+ is preferable. Going to bed earlier has been my biggest struggle. For instance, I stubbed my toe so bad last night that it started bleeding. That kept me up until almost midnight dealing with that issue which made the 6 AM wake up call quite painful. It became a sheer force of will to prevent myself from falling back asleep — another reason why I keep my phone on the other side of the room!
