I have found the morning walks, while the air is still crisp, to be invigorating. It’s kind of like a big reset button from the previous day to be outside early in the morning breathing in semi-fresh air.
If I may offer a tweak to your schedule. I would recommend waking up at the same time each day, not changing it based upon your school schedule. For me, when I have the consistency of waking up at the same time every day, it makes it easier to stick to my routine AND fall asleep. I have historically had a hard time falling asleep so that’s just works best for me. Thanks for the thoughtful comment!
