I’ve been doing much better at this the last few months. I schedule in downtime every night to decompress a bit before bed and get ready for another day. I was previously working until the minute before I went to bed which caused me to toss and turn as I could not shut off the thinking part of my brain. Everyone needs to chill out from time to time.
