Thanks Chris! I have dabbled in guided meditation using the Headspace app here and there but have never stuck with it for more than two weeks at a time. I’ve heard the benefits are amazing and it’s something I’ll probably attempt to incorporate into my routine again at some point. And yes, I did see Tim’s new podcast. I have it downloaded and queued up for my next morning walk. Enjoy your weekend!
