Thanks for the comment and kind words. A few things I’ve found that helps me unwind and relax at night:

  • Drinking herbal tea, especially night time blends
  • Watching mindless TV for 30–45 minutes helps me shut off the ‘working’ part of my brain
  • Working out in the morning helps
  • If all else fails, I go into bed and read until I fall asleep
  • I have not tried this, but I’ve heard yoga or stretching can be a really calm and peaceful way to unwind and relax from the day.
