Thanks for your comment! I love the fact that even though you don’t have to wake up at 5:30AM you still derive a lot of pleasure from doing so. It’s become a habit for you and one you are looking to break. Very cool perspective.
As for audiobooks on the morning walks, I listen to business or interview podcasts instead. I stick to those that are practical for where I’m at in life and business.
