Levandowski broke the law. Waymo is holding him accountable as they should. Uber is Levandowski’s partner in crime. If this were camera equipment or jewellery, Uber is effectively both fence and buyer in one. Jail for Uber as well. This is not only civil but criminal. Waymo should establish intent and put Levandowski and Kalanick in jail.
