Losing good women is a real problem. Three women have left and none have gone back to work (not here or anywhere else). That said men are more likely to shift jobs just for the heck of it.

That’s the gist of what is going through the mind of an employer when considering a man or a woman for an important position. Then lots and lots of particulars related to the individual and not the gender.
