FollowClass School app gets an update

Recently FollowClass school app got an update. Let’s look into the Feedback management system that they have come up with.

Well, the first thing I will say is kudos to the team.

This is one feature that every app for school needs but no one has it with them. Very unique, user-friendly and fully automated.

Whenever you think about feedback, a big form of repetitive question comes to mind. No one likes it. FollowClass comes up with a fully automated feedback system.

It takes less than 10 seconds to create feedback for halfyearly exams.

If you want to collect feedback from a particular teacher? You can do it in 5 seconds.

Automated feedbacks have 5 different categories — exam, subject, cleanliness, security and custom feedback. First four categories are fully automated and the fifth one is partially automated. You can also set frequency etc.

Reports are shown in beautiful graphs. One of the things that I really like is that they do not bombard students and parents with a lot of forms to fill. They make sure that only one form is filled by them.

Also, you do not get any feedback during night time and early mornings. This is what I love about FollowClass. Always putting their customer’s need first.
