The POOLs are not connected! That means that no ETH is flowing (like in a pyramid scheme which you should avoid) from to bottom to the top.

Anyway you can buy in in a higher level if you want. For example you start with level one and invest only 0.05 ETH (plus the one time register fee) you will become 0.05 ETH directly back on your wallet again and again. When you save some ETH in your (own, personal) wallet then you can afford Level 2 with ease. The best thing is, you don’t have to pay the 0.05 ETH Fee again and in Level 2 you will get back 0.1 ETH which is already double of level one..

Tactic 1

That means also that you can play FOMOPOOL the save way and keep your initial investment on your wallet after got it back, what would mean that you are completely risk free because you only play with crypto you earned. You can do this also on the higher levels and then there is practically no way not to earn!

Tactic 2

People who do understand FOMOPOOL really good want to play it faster. They reinvest all of the profit and scale up much faster then.
