Several years ago in NYC a number of graves of slaves were found. One was of a child of about four years old. It was determined by examining his skeleton that at no more than four years of age, he had been literally worked to death. A child too young to typically know how to tie his shoes, had died making money for someone who chose that money over the life of a very small child, a child who was worked, for profit, until his body ceased to function.

Children’s bodies aren’t designed to work. It can kill them. It killed this one. But the fact is, there are monsters in this country that aren’t even shy about expressing this monstrous intent. But in a nation where, instead of prison and on a lifetime list, a sexual predator of children is in line for the White House, why shouldn’t someone who suggests the physical abuse of children not also be headed there?
