Today, we officially announced Private Messages on for[MD]. With Private Messages, for[MD] users can, uh, privately message anyone in their network!

For users, this means that you’ll get another way to interact with your colleagues. For many interactions, reading content from your organizations, asking questions, and having a discussion in a group setting works great. But for other interactions, a one-on-one discussion is more appropriate. That’s why we’ve created Private Messages.

For organizations, this will make your community and your membership that much more engaged with one another and with you. The more reasons your users have to engage with for[MD], the more likely it is that they’ll interact with your content. In addition, we’re excited about what this might mean for other components of your alumni relations strategy. There may be certain messages that you, your physician leadership, or your development office might feel more comfortable sending as Private Message rather than a discussion on for[MD].

And for everyone, this is also an easier way to connect with our world-class user support team. Through Private Messages, you can send our support team a message if you have any questions or need any assistance. Quite simply, we’re here to help and have now provided our users another way to connect with us should the need arise.
