Anorexia for a Mother’s love

Do you feel sorry for me now?
Do I finally exist as I begin to slowly fade away?
This is me saying Goodbye, as you finally say Hello
Here I am
What was made, by all before

Every word, every whisper, ever glancing stare
Rumbled down to my self destruction
For her
Then she pretends to care
‘Look at what you’ve done to yourself’ she sighs
Shaking her head.

Ah, very good.
The perfect plan; executed with starving grace.
No yelling, no voilence, no real disruption, just an endless silent protest.

As I fade out without needing to say a word.
Delicately Humble.
And/or Vengefully Empowered.
