Mature content doth be below. I try to keep it reasonable, but the nature of the subject doesn’t make it necessarily easy to accomplish. So consider this the warning. Language and Gore follow. It isn’t a blood-fest, however.

[Book Index]

It only took Obatu a moments notice to get out the list and give her the names of the people who were involved in everything. The list was organized into groupings. Ames was a little surprised, but only for a moment, to see the list split into two columns. Humans were on the left, and there were definitely more of them, and non-humans on the right.

At the top of the list were Bronski and Jordan. Indented and under Bronski’s name was Ames’ own name.

She gulped.

It had never occurred to her that she would be on the list, but it was obvious when she thought about it.

Bronski was labeled as Warden, and Jordan as Arbiter.

She looked up from the list.

“Captain, Jordan and Bronski appear to be the final authority on many issues. Does this mean that there is a similar relation between people at other positions on the chart?”

Obatu stood up a little to get a better look at the list and where she was pointing, “Yes, that would be correct. My name is next to Ahlar, as you can see. They obviously don’t have a human resources division, but Ahlar is fairly similar in many ways.”

Building Better Worlds. Random and chaotic. My social media presence is about something so specific it looks like nothing at all.
