Ames was a reasonably attractive woman with dark brown hair.

She had a decent figure, and she knew she looked good in a dress. However, her choice of profession left little to no room for her to explore her feminine side. She had chosen a career as a police officer, and had graduated with honors. Now it was her first day on the job, and she was standing next to the Inspector General’s office. Well, technically, not standing by his door, but the one next to it.

It was now 6:15. Way too early for her taste, but she had been informed her new partner liked to work unusual hours. So she had made a decision to be ready at 5:50 and she was.

Her immaculate uniform was perfect.
