When you told me you’d written your first post, I somehow assumed it would be a thought piece on systems design. I’m pleasantly struck that this is really a feelings piece, reflecting back and looking forward. You are unique in that you can be quite single track-minded and driven so strongly by your favorite things in work and in love. It’s also why I think you take decisions seriously and have been able to make bold, tough decisions. I’m looking forward to your next piece on connecting the dots- maybe to come in another 5 years.
