Very interesting slant… since ratings are based upon percentages, so what they are really doing is omitting the offers of small sellers. A seller with a large scale of business can literally have hundreds of unhappy customers with everything from unshipped orders to mis-ships to rude customer support, yet they can maintain their high rating. Also you are always most likely to get the best deal from a small seller who has the item you want, whether new, nearly new or used, and they are willing to sell it for far less than a retailer would. Never rule out the small sellers if a real deal is what you are looking for, plus, you will rarely have to pay tax.
