Thank you for writing this. I needed to hear some of the advice written here. Takeaways that I will implement immediately:

  1. Start with a cold shower and cut out (or at least cut back on) caffeine.
  2. Stay off social media and email for the first 90 minutes of my day.
  3. Drink more water.
  4. Read/listen to books over watching tv and listening to music.
  5. Attract abundance and results with positive thinking and faith.
  6. Floss consistently.
