Thank you for writing this. I needed to hear some of the advice written here. Takeaways that I will implement immediately:
- Start with a cold shower and cut out (or at least cut back on) caffeine.
- Stay off social media and email for the first 90 minutes of my day.
- Drink more water.
- Read/listen to books over watching tv and listening to music.
- Attract abundance and results with positive thinking and faith.
- Floss consistently.
