TL;DR

You are inherently valuable and you are likely spending a good portion of your life trying to prove you are valuable. Why? Most of us are raised in cultures where we are told we are not enough.

If you can let go of the lies that you are not enough and you are not good enough, you can rediscover the truth of who you are and emanate fundamental enoughness into The Universe in a way that will support you to make more money, live a more embodied and vivacious life, and have more fun than you fathomed possible.

Our World of Not Enoughness

Driven by a sense of lack and not enoughness, most of our leaders and organizations are relentlessly pursuing success. I’ve seen it in my years of coaching founders, executives, and leaders while working with organizations of all kinds: corporations, non-profits, small businesses, startups, incubators, learning and transformational communities, Teal Organizations, Radiant Organizations, and organizations in the Our Emerging Future Ecosystem.

We are constantly chasing the next milestone, believing that our worth is tied to our achievements. Looking for validity and approval in the eyes of others, we are constantly on the treadmill of “what do I have to do next?”

It can be easy to get consumed by the pursuit of external validation, especially in the hustle, grind, and push yourself to succeed cultures of late stage capitalism.

Uncovering The Lie

My father passed away a few days after I turned 24 years old. This kicked off several existential crises and brought me in contact with deep questions about the meaning of life, my purpose, the value I have to contribute in the world, and what truly matters to me.

I quit my job to dive deep into my passions and explore what I felt most lit up to be a part of in this lifetime. I wasn’t aware how deeply entrenched I was in stories about being not good enough. Much of the inspiration I had in my twenties came from pure passion to explore what brings me alive. And some of my actions came from the place of trying to prove that I am good enough and from trying to prove that it isn’t true that I’m not good enough.

After nearly a decade of learning and searching, I finally discovered the question: “What do I have to do to be good enough?” is based on lies.

Recognizing Inherent Value

The ideas that I’m not enough and I’m not good enough as a human being are lies.

We do all kinds of things to try and prove these lies wrong.

Ultimately, the cessation of the suffering from carrying this lie is to let go of the story that we are not enough.

We don’t have to fight this story. We can release the lies from our body and being and by doing so, we come in contact with and remember who we are.

No more conflict. No more having to prove ourselves. No more feeling not enough.

Without these lies, the Truth of who we all are can unfold into greater experiences of Wholeness and Fulfillment.

Embodying Inherent Value

  1. We don’t have to prove our value, it is inherent in our Being. If we connect to our genius and Light and allow creation that comes from there to organically unfold, we naturally contribute exactly what is needed in this world. This is inherently valuable.
  2. The way we interact with the world when we come from our inherent value shifts tremendously. Letting go of proving our value to each other, we open up to see how our value wants to create together in relationship. We ask ourselves: “How does our value support each other?”
  3. The more we do this work of connecting to our inherent value, the more we become aware of where our impulses and actions are sourced from. When we move from inherent value, the energies that fuel us are deeply resourced, healing, nutrient dense, and palpably alive. The energies of fear, not enoughness, scarcity, and even motivation, drive, and hustle give way to inspiration, emergence, and whispers from Creation.
  4. Most industries, companies, products, and services are built on “pain points.” Walk into most strategy and innovation meetings taking place in organizations around the world and you will hear leaders ask, “What is our customers pain point?” The consequence of this is we have economies that necessitate human beings in pain for the product and service to continue being in demand. Addressing the deeper layers underneath the symptoms, we dissolve these “pain economies” and give birth to generative, regenerative, and wellbeing economies sourced from inherent value.
  5. Reimagining Value: Organizations like LOVE TO are transforming finance by bringing new financial instruments to the marketplace that value nature and wellbeing. What if value in a wellbeing marketplace is based on how healthy someone is, instead of how sick they are? What if the value that regenerative farms produce for the environment is reflected in the farms valuation? These are the paradigm shifting questions LOVE TO is asking and responding to as they build new vehicles for investing in what is best for humanity.
  6. “This person doesn’t have any value” is never a true statement. It might be: “This person might not be the best fit for this team” or “This is not the project I’m meant to be working on.” By letting go of the question of our inherent value and shifting our perspective to compatibility, we support ourselves and each other to find what is the best fit for us.
  7. We project our inherent value into the eyes of other people and then we do everything we can to go and get it back from them. We can take back our sense of worth and value without having to do things to get it. We just stop giving it away to other people in the first place. This usually requires us giving back to them whatever judgements, perspectives, energies, and concepts we took on from them for who and how we need to be in order to get love, approval, and to be deemed valuable in their eyes.
  8. You can support your inherent value to naturally and organically permeate into the world by sinking into and cultivating what is most essential in you. Sit in your own value. Breath and nurture this value. Let your offers, messaging, relationships, and speech come from this place. What you say and how you say it will be different. Your transmission of aliveness and enoughness will be felt palpably.

What’s Possible Here? A Vision

Imagine a world where everyone feels deeply rooted in and resourced from inherent value.

Imagine a world where we don’t walk around questioning our worth.

Imagine a world where we embody and emanate the truth of our value as Divine Beings in relationship with each other and The Universe.

This is the world we envision in Our Emerging Future.

This is the world patiently waiting for each and all of us.
