When I was in high school windows 95 was the operating system and I still remember the day my best friend got his first email account. Different times back then. Everything wasn’t at your fingertips yet and I’m glad that didn’t start anything. I would rather work with someone with life experience and knows what it’s like be to an employee. There are so many people out there that don’t know how to treat people with kindness and respect.

Maybe I’m biased since I’ve been in the military for 20 years and I’ve been the young buck and I’ve been a leader and a manager.

When I do retire from the military I do want to create a startup and it seems a lot of people associate a startup with apps and other tech things with the hopes to make millions. I want to go another route and I don’t want it to be largely scalable. I’ll be happy just to enjoy what I do and hope to make people happy with what I create.
