I would highly recommend pre-recorded lectures. Having to edit, export, upload, and email out the video for each session was a nightmare, and plagued with technical problems. Even after all that, live recordings are not satisfactory for non-live attendees. Way too slow, too many pauses and discussion, and too long. Pre-record lectures, and then deliver them live for attendees.
