Yup. My long term avg is 30 hrs per week, 6 days per week, although it varies a lot. But considering I only count real work — not commuting, meals and breaks, reading, errands and personal stuff- I think this is actually pretty high. I optimize for intensity, not hours. This makes me doubt stories of 80-hour workweeks. If I put in more than 35 I’m dead and have to recover the following week.
