My takeaway from the racism dripping from the incident is the same one I always have: This is America, so, I’m never surprised. It’s typical American behaviour. You can always predict how a segment of white people will react to certain events they view as “stressors”. Honestly, it’s tiring being so correct all of the damned time. Btw, I currently live in Ohio, and you may or may not be surprised to know the number of traitor (stars n’ bars) flags I see flying here, openly displayed.
