We are currently going through the process of this and my opinion is somewhat swaying as we speak to more and more candidates.

My founder and I have two highly qualified candidates who are both interested in joining the team.

One has 20 years + experience (My preferred candidate, he is taking a cut in salary but is not flexible with location)

The second has less experience but has the relevant skills. (my co-founder wants him, as he has a less conformed way of doing things and is able to be flexible with location)

This is probably the biggest decision within my professional career as it is essential we bring in the right man/woman for the job. Any advice?
