Creativity is an ongoing process grounded in an innate curiosity about life and the world at large that requires a nimble, open mind regardless of whether you’re a convergent or a divergent thinker. It’s about conceiving and owning ideas from their inception through to their final execution. The most creative minds are driven to do this by an intense passion that comes to them as naturally as breathing. Creativity is not something you can use up: the more ideas you generate, the more you have. Creativity is not antithetical to either productivity or accountability.
