And to know more what the recruiter thinks when they are in the process of selection of a suitable candidate what are qualities and skills they are searching for and what is the importance of being real and equipped before and during the interview and how we can prepare ourselves for interview in a better way.
We sent an email to 3 HR professionals and received the response by two.
3 Main takeaways of being real in an interview
1. It’s most important to be confident and believe in yourself in an interview because people believe you when you believe yourself so I think it’s a core of an interview.
2. First of all your attitude ,accent, behavior decides that you are real or you are doing to being real so don’t estimate that you can fool everywhere because the interview board had an Experience of years so always be real.
3. Through facial expressions and confidence level, Moreover by questioning the area which is susceptible. If he /she is not having that ability he will not be able to respond properly. So always be yourself (real).
3 Main takeaways of being equipped during the interview
1. In our personal opinion when the interviewer ask someone about related basics and some know how about final year project that help them recruiters to decide whether the candidate is well prepared or not.
2. Just focusing on basics of your field and get some information about the background of company and you should have enough knowledge that you could defend your final year project
3. First of all do study your subject part which related to job role specially. Do research about the company, its policies, norms and values and then keep your documents arranged one day before interview, arrange your conveyance, dress like a pro.
