My Life With a Pre-Existing Condition
The Nib

Absolutely loved this. My husband has a pre-existing condition and used to pay $2000 a month for his medication before this act was passed. We too cried and felt a burden lift. We’ve been living in Europe the last 3 years (for work) and they pay only 15% more in taxes than Americans and have WAY more benefit. At least in Switzerland and Germany. The people are much happier than Americans even while paying more! The idea of taking care of each other and contributing for the common good is so prevalent. I wish America got it. We don’t have to have student loans or healthcare debt. But of course, people need their money. They’d rather keep pocket change and misery than give and receive abundance and peace of mind. Aye. Thank you for posting this.
