Hey Uzma! You bring up a great point. The point of a morning routine is to only do things which fill you up. Make you feel peace and presence. So if you don’t feel peace and presence then something has to be changed. Once you find a routine that brings peace and joy there will still be days we don’t feel like doing it. Which is ok. But if we only acted when we felt like it most wouldn’t be successful. You have the right idea. Feeling peace and present.
