Um — you don’t have a right to be hired. If you don’t like somebody, you shouldn’t be forced to hire them. Calling it “discrimination” doesn’t change a thing, it is just a loaded word. Do you prefer chocolate ice over vanilla ice? You are “discriminating” against vanilla ice. No — you simply prefer chocolate ice.

There are presumably (questionable) laws against discriminating by race or gender. Are there really laws against “discriminating” by hobbies?

Again: what are criteria that are allowed for deciding who to hire? I suppose employers should only be allowed to go by government recommendations (grades obtained in education), leaving no discretion to the employer? I know that is a leftist dream (government ruling everything, and of course lefties would constitute the government in that dream), but it is actually a horror scenario.
