So far, so good. For a “legacy” only deserving of being dismantled in detail, this administration is off to a fine start in dismantling it.

Now, if we were to see Title IX go back to being the mundane code of civil rights guidelines it was written as and not used any more as a transparent front for nationalizing the university system, and if we were to see the Violence Against Women Act finally exposed as the veneer for an organized crime cartel that it is and at long last not be re-authorized in a year or so when it comes up, I’d say we’re really getting somewhere.
