Who Am I?

So very on-point with our private discussion, Mike.

I have an odd definition of “art”, which has to do with not the intent behind it but the response to it. The real artistry, the thing that sorts it from the artless, is what takes place inside the one seeing, hearing, reading it. All the artist can do, is deliver an opportunity to have what becomes an entirely personal experience, but to tell them what that experience must be falls dangerously closer to propaganda, than art.

One of my favorite responses to something I write is, “huh?”

To which I can only say, “exactly.”

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
