Thanks for clarifying, Susan. As mentioned, I am not attached to the word hierarchy and generally searching for terms that we can use to describe the models we’re working in better. Laloux surely offers some very useful ones as I guess we could just say Teal organization, but that would not be self-explanatory to newcomers.

I’m very torn about terminologies so very happy for any better suggestions, and I think that dynamic leadership as Ana suggests fits quite well.
