You bring up a good point Francois, which is distributing this role of coordinating, faciliating and leading and not centralizing this in a role assigned to one person — do I understand correctly?

I think that in many cases evolving the role of “bosses” is the first step, and the second is then distributing this role to more people, and hence to slowly break down priviledge structures. On the other hand, I think it may be naiv to think that everyone can take on a coordinator/faciliator/leader role (even though I wish it were possible), so this distribution also has its limits. What has your experience been with this?
