Day 1

My Journey | #path-to-health

Today was productive. I checked my height, weight and body fat. Submitted the information to get a recommended calorie target and have tracked my day’s exercise. I did pretty well, a smoothie, fruit salad, a wrap with hummus, avocado, plum tomatoes, rocket salad and Quorn chicken bites and a side salad with chilli, new potatoes, cherry tomatoes and green beans. Applied for a job, did some housework.
