Where do they serve the safest food in the United Kingdom?

There are upwards of 500,000 businesses in the United Kingdom that serve food. Pubs, restaurants, hotels, takeaways, and cafeterias. Imagine being at a restaurant, and suddenly spotting a hair in your burger or fish, a greased knife, or a glass with lipstick stains on it. Or all of them together. Although the Foods Standards Agency has been around for 16 years now, and its standards are pretty well reinforced, there are dodgy spots here and there. So, a question arises: where are these places in the United Kingdom?
